D4DInsights has been working with the Thunderbird School of Global Management, with the Foundation for Climate Restoration as a key partner, to catalyze a global, multi-stakeholder partnership focused on accelerating the carbon removal market through policy, finance, standards and other enabling mechanisms. With over 50 organizations included as part of the Task Force from around the world, including the Global South, much progress has been made over the past year in defining new mechanisms that allow for carbon removal to be further incentivized, inclusive, standardized, responsible and accepted.
On September 30th, join the Dean of the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a number of members from the Task Force as they speak about the work that has been done, where the GCRP is going, and some of the key issues, challenges and opportunities as we collectively work towards climate action and keeping to the 1.5 degree target.
